Booking terms

Important information

All of our boat trips are subject to weather, tide and local conditions. Your safety aboard our boats is paramount to us and therefore it is sometimes necessary to cancel a trip. Should we do so, you will receive an email informing you your booking has been cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the boat is due to depart.

Trips leave from Victoria Pier at the end of the Cobb (Lyme Regis Harbour). Walk along the lower Cobb walkway, past the Aquarium and Fishing College.

Please note you will not be entitled to a refund if you are late for the boat's departure.

If you are visiting Lyme Regis by car, please allow plenty of time to park your car in one of the car parks and make your way to Lyme Regis harbour.
